At Dubai Chocolatier Bars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help! Please review our refund and exchange policy below.
Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds for unused and unopened chocolate bars within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@dubaichocolatierbars.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
- Ensure the chocolate bars are in their original, unopened packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or refunds on opened or consumed chocolate bars for health and safety reasons.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you’ve received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. We will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your chocolate bars arrive damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible. We may request photos of the damaged goods for verification. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement or process a full refund.
